Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy for the Indigenous History and Heritage Gathering (IHHG):

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, which can prevent you from attending the Indigenous History and Heritage Gathering (IHHG) after you have registered. Therefore, we have established the following cancellation policy to accommodate such situations:

  1. Cancellation requests made more than 30 days from the conference start date will be eligible for a full refund of the registration fee.
  2. Cancellation requests made between 30 and 14 days before the conference start date will be eligible for a 50% refund of
    the registration fee.
  3. Cancellation requests made less than 14 days before the conference start date will not be eligible for a refund.

All cancellation requests must be made in writing and sent to the IHHG conference organizers via email at . Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the cancellation request.

Please note that any cancellations or no-shows after the conference start date will not be eligible for a refund. We recommend that you carefully review your schedule before registering for the conference to ensure that you can attend.
